Fifty years ago Staggemeyer began operation in the southeast corner of Minnesota, just outside Caledonia. They are a preferred maker of barrel staves used by some of the most well-known brands of wine and whiskey in the world. They use the raw material from making staves to make their BBQ and Wood Fuel Pellets.
Staggemeyer uses white oak in their pellets that is carefully selected for quality and consistency. By nature, white oak burns with more BTUs than most other pellet woods, so the same size purchase goes further.
Premium Wood Fuel Pellets
STAGG'S Premium Fuel Pellets are the optimal choice for your pellet stove. They use a formulated blend of oaks and other hardwood specifically designed for your pellet stove to operate at peak performance. They reclaim the clean chips and sawdust created by their stave operations to make STAGG'S. By virtue of using high-grade woods, these reclaimed raw materials produce premium fuel pellets. They use only fresh, select material. STAGG's has a high heat output of greater than 8,000 BTUs per pound, so you fill the hopper less often.
