We have a full-time opening in our Rental Department. Applicant must be customer service orientated, self-motivated and able to regularly lift 50 lbs or more. Job duties include customer service and sales, maintenance of equipment, deliveries and ensuring equipment is ready to rent. Valid driver’s license required. Class A CDL is preferred, but not required. Knowledge of the repair and maintenance of equipment and small engines is preferred. Basic computer skills are necessary. The ideal candidate should be eager and willing to learn new skills. Must have availability every other weekend. Full-time position responsible for overall operation of the Feed, Animal Health, Agronomy and Companion Animal Departments. Knowledge and experience in these fields are required. Pay is based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Sales and customer service
  • Purchasing, pricing and merchandising
  • Use analytics to aid in purchasing, pricing and marketing
  • Build vendor relationships
  • Assist Marketing and Advertising Coordinator with development of advertisements
  • Supervise department staff members
  • Train and provide product knowledge to staff members
